#76 Cheesy Chicken & Rice Casserole





Ingredients:

1 can cream of Chicken soup
1 1/3 cups water
3/4 cup uncooked rice
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups frozen veggies
4 skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup shredded cheese

Directions:

Heat oven to 375 degrees.

Stir the soup, water, rice, onion powder, black pepper, and veggies in a 2 quart shallow baking dish.

Top with the chicken and cover the baking dish.

Bake for 50 minutes or until the chicken is cooked and the rice is tender.

Top with cheese and let casserole sit for 10 minutes.

Stir the rice before serving.



I used Garlic instead of onion powder and my veggies weren't frozen they were fresh. This was sooo easy and you and prep it in the morning or the night before and just pop it in the oven when you get home for work and have a great meal that everyone will enjoy!
