#77 Chicken Pot Pie
Ingredients
Boneless Chicken Brest
1 cup shredded cheese
125g cream cheese
Garlic
Peas
Carrots
1 onion
1 egg
1 tablespoon flour
Chicken stock
Frozen Pie Crust
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Cook carrots and garlic in oil in a pan.
The add chicken and 1 tablespoon flour and cook for one minute.
Add chicken stock to consistency you want. Then heat to boiling.
Add cream cheese and stir until completely melted.
Add shredded cheese.
Pour into ramekins and top with pastry. Cut slits in the pastry and brush egg over the top.
Bake 20-30 minutes or until golden brown.
