Ingredients:
2 tbs butter
3 tbs flour
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tsp basil
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Directions:
Use a medium saucepan to melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the flour and mix together.
Slowly add the milk into the pan, using a wire whisk to mix it well with the butter/flour mixture.
Add all the other ingredients and stir until blended. Sauce will thicken as it stands.
This was ok...I used marinated chicken so I think the combo between the two wasn't good so I might have to try this again with different ingredients to make sure I really did like the sauce so this one is still up in the air for me.
