#72 Tortilla Rollups

8 ounces cream cheese softened
1 tablespoon chopped green onions
1 tablespoon mined parsley
8 whole basil leaves
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
6 whole taco sized flour tortillas
1/2 lb shaved turkey
3 whole carrots
1 whole cucumber

Make the herbed cream cheese by combining the softened cream cheese with the onions, parsley, basil, salt and pepper and lemon juice. Stir to combine.

Spread the cream cheese mix in a thin layer over the tortillas. Lay ingredients down the middle of the tortilla. Let the veggies extend over the edges.

Roll up the tortillas as tightly as you can, then wrap each rollup in plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour.

Cut each rollup in half and then cut those in half again. Stand the end pieces up so that the veggies stick out the top.

I don't know about this one...it didn't have the taste I was going for...but my boyfriend liked it so it isn't a bad recipe, I just don't think it was the one I was looking for.
