#73 Garlic Chicken
Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 garlic cloves, minced
4 tablespoons brown sugar
3 teaspoons olive oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 500 degrees and lightly grease a casserole dish.
In a small pan saute garlic with the oil until tender
Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar
Place chicken breasts in the dish and cover with garlic and brown sugar mixture
Add salt and pepper to taste
Bake uncovered 15-30 minutes
My boyfriend and I are on a diet and so we are trying to eat more chicken. I know this one has brown sugar but compared to other things we eat this is pretty healthy. I liked this one but I made mixture and covered both sides of the chicken and I didn't need any salt or pepper.
