#71 Pesto Chicken

So this is a recipe I created from my brain...and my boyfriend and I liked it so here it is!

Take out a boneless chicken breast for each person who will be eating.
Use a knife and put it through the chicken length size starting at the thickest end of the chicken.
Make sure the knife doesn't cut through the side of the breast.
Then fill the whole you just made in the chicken with pesto sauce.
I used a turkey baster but use what ever works best for you to fill the chicken.

Then cook butter and garlic in a pan and then cook the chicken breasts in this mixture.
Once the Chicken is cooked place cheese on top (I used a white cheese) then cover the chicken with a lid so the cheese melts.

And then serve hot!
