So this didn't go like I had planned...first of all the dough never rose so when they were done cooking they were not light and fluffy instead they were kinda hard. And then the whole flipping thing...worst idea EVER! When I tried to do flip it the sugar mixture came pouring out all over the counter the floor...on me. I ended up burning my tummy a little bit. So my advice and what I am going to do next time is make the mixture is a separate container so that there is no flipping needed. All you have to do is pour the mixture on top. That and I will let my dough sit longer until it rises --like an hour.
