#40 Cinnamon Rolls

So this is one of those my grandma used to make it and my mom watched and started making it and now I am trying to make it...which means there isn't really a written recipe. This is what my mom gave me:

If you have a dough you like then use it other wise I use Rhodes frozen loaf dough. Roll out dough with sugar and cinnamon...I think there is a little melted butter poured over this mixture but not too much...raisins can be added at this time too. Then roll the dough up like a newspaper that you are going to hit some one with (thanks mom) then cut into 1/2 inch thick rounds. Melt butter and brown sugar in the bottom of 9x13 baking dish...the brown sugar and butter should generously coat the bottom of dish. Place dough rounds on top of the sugar mixture...do not crowd the rounds...then cover with a towel and put in a warm place to raise... dough should at least double in size then bake 350 degrees until look done probably around 30 minutes. When baked mom use to put foil on the counter and dump the rolls so caramelized bottom of roll was on top and let them cool out of the pan.

Well I like it when my mom makes it so lets see what happens...little scared :/
