So this is one of the recipies my mom always made when I was younger and it's a good one so I thought I would share! :)
Ingredients:
2 cans cream of mushroom
1 can of Milk
Rice
Chicken 2 or more breasts
Directions:
Put 2 cans of cream of mushroom and then fill one of those cans with milk all in a casserole dish. Use one chicken breast per person and cut it into cubes and combine it with the milk and cream of mushroom. Mix it up. Bake all together at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Make rice: 1 cup rice into 2 cups boiling water. Cover and reduce heat to simmer. Cook for about 20 minutes or until rice is soft.
Pour chicken sauce over rice. Salt to taste.
