So last time I tried to make tomato soup it turned into spagettie sauce... and this time I was REALLY worried about the celery in the soup because that just sounded weird but it was actually really good! In fact you can't even tell that it's even in the soup. My boyfriend who hates tomatoes even liked this soup. It's a lot better if you dip french bread in it and eat it that way :)
I blended my soup till it was compleatly smooth.
