#38 Meat Ball Remake

So this is one of those make up as I go things...I took my meatball recipe and I took out the milk and added everything together in a big pan.

1 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
1 1/2 pound ground beef

1 tsp salt
2 1/4 tbsp worchester sauce

1/3 cup vinegar

4 1/2 tbsp sugar

3/4 cup catsup

3/4 cup water

3/4 cup chopped onion

And then I poured the meat mix over a bowl of small ball pasta. It was really good but I do suggest making it during the winter and not when it's 85 degrees out like I did... our tummies where not quite ready for such a filling meal. :)
