Meh...

I'm not going to lie I wasn't a big fan of this one. It just didn't have any pzazz. First of all I cut the recipe in half because if I followed what people said then I would have put 2 pounds of cheese in it and that's WAY too much for just me and my boyfriend. I also didn't have any casserole dishes clean so I used a cake pan in the shape of a bunny. So I won't blame it all on the recipe...that could have had a little to do with it too.

I was expecting cheesy good-ness and all I got was some cheese on some noodles. So I think I am going to look for another mac and cheese recipe and hopefully I can find a good one.

And just as a heads up I may have to take a couple weeks off because my boyfriend and I are moving apartments...which means I get a dishwasher!!!! And a garbage disposal, I am sooo excited!!! Can you tell? ha ha ha So this month is crazy busy! And I am packing some of my kitchen stuff so my choices of tools to cook with are limited. But my boyfriend is leaving for 4 months for military training so I promise I will make up for it then!
