# 80 Fancy Butter


For this one just soften some butter and add whatever herbs and spices you want. Once you have finished adding all your extras just roll the butter up in plastic wrap and stick it in the freezer until it hardens and then use it like a normal stick of butter! In this picture I used basil and garlic in my butter, but I have also used basil, garlic, and lemon juice in some butter I put on Salmon. You can add anything...go wild!
