#67 Breakfast Egg Casserole

6 T Butter
6 T Flour
4 cup milk
2 T White Wine
Salt and Pepper
1/4 cup minced parsley
3 or 4 drops Worcestershire
1 1/2 lb link sausage
1 dozen hard boiled eggs
1/2 lbs mushrooms
1/2 lb sharp cheese cut in cubes
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated cheese

Heat oven to 325. In pan cook and flour for about 5 min. Beat in milk with wire whip and cook til thick. Stir in next four ingredients. Remove from heat.

Brown sausage in fry pan. Place eggs, sausage, mushrooms, and cheese cubes in a 9 x 13 pan. Cover with sauce. Mix grated cheese and bread crumbs and put on top. Bake one hour, uncovered.
