Not As Good As Last Time...

My cousin made this for a party and at the time I thought it was amazing but I think I was just really hungry because there is just too many chunks in it...I wish it was smoother. That might not make any sense. But I think if I were to make it again I would choose a different sausage and I accidentally put the whites in instead of the yolks...but that part turned out just fine :) I don't know I may try it again with different sausage...
