Change the Temp

This is really good but there are a lot of things I would change. First of all I changed the oven temp to 425 degrees. That way your puff pastry cooks right...it's fluffy and not hard.

I didn't use nutmeg or ground pepper. And instead of using bacon I used diced up ham and instead of using normal brown potatoes, I used red potatoes.

You also want to make sure the puff pastry doesn't break or is too thin over wise it will break like this one:



But isn't it great when a mess up still looks this good :) I liked this recipe but it is very time consuming! If you have time it's great but if your in a hurry don't choose this one. It is also good to re-warm in the microwave!
