Ok to start...I tried to deep fry the chicken wings because that is what I have seen restaurants do on TV. What a mess and waste of time! I couldn't for the life of me get the chicken cooked all the way. I think I tried like 4 times. And I had spilled something on the burner the time before and so that was smoking up the house. So I had to turn on like 3 fans, open all the windows. It was bad! I left it in the oil longer and it looked burnt and still wasn't cooked all the way. So needless to say that didn't work. So I finally gave up and just stuck some wings in the oven.
As far as this sauce...it's pretty good! It's not a number 10 but I would give it a 6 or so. It was super easy to make and I just stuck the wings and the sauce in an old butter container and shook it up to cover the wings. I would make this again but I think I will also look for another recipe since it wasn't a grade 10.
