#28 Beer Dip

So this sounded good and anything that has beer in it I have to give a try and I can always use more happy hour recipes :)

Ingredients:

2 packages (8oz each) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup of beer or non-alcoholic beer
1 envelope ranch salad dressing
2 cups (8oz) shredded cheddar cheese
Pretzels

Directions:

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, beer and dressing mix until smooth. Stir in cheese. Serve with pretzels. Refrigerate leftovers.
